Quote of The Day: When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.
~ Henry Ford
My tutorial for today is a quick guide for stretches you can do at the airport. YAH...the icky center for germs, bacteria and viruses. *ROLLS EYES* I mean, even in the best case scenario and you're at some first-class lounge, airports are still a breeding ground for filth.
Airports are not my favorite places in the world. If I could walk to my destination- I would. But, sadly, airports are very necessary in this day and age. So, to combat fatigue and the frustration of waiting. Here are some stretches you can do during your downtime.
Here are some things to watch out for:
- Don't kick people around you- EVEN IF YOU REALLY WANT TO
- Try not to get carried away with time and miss your flight
- If you can't stretch in your seat during the flight, stand up and stretch in the aisle if the seatbelt sign is not on!
And that's it! Have fun with it folks!
